Dothitechi Creative Services provides creative and design services including but not limited to custom illustrations, bespoke branding, artisan web design, and creative workshops. The specific details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for services will be outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work agreed upon between Dothitechi Creative Services and the client.
Our Service allows you to view content, information, and materials related to our creative services. The content on our website, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Dothitechi Creative Services or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

All client projects will be governed by a specific project agreement that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other relevant details. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific project agreement, the terms of the project agreement shall prevail with respect to that specific project.
Clients retain all ownership rights to materials they provide to Dothitechi Creative Services for use in projects, including logos, images, text, and other content ("Client Materials"). The client represents and warrants that they own or have proper licenses for all Client Materials provided.

All content on the Dothitechi Creative Services website is the property of Dothitechi Creative Services unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated:
Changes to project scope, deliverables, or timelines requested by the client may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All changes must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
If a project is cancelled by the client, payment will be due for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred. Deposits are generally non-refundable and will be applied toward this payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dothitechi Creative Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dothitechi Creative Services, its directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
